Account Director Tahmid Chowdhury recently sat down with Associate Director Aaron Bass via Zoom to discuss the unique challenges that care homes across the country are facing.

Touching upon some of the most prevalent issues including the provision of PPE, dealing with outbreaks and the need to keep staff engaged, Tahmid emphasises that “in a time like this, especially when relatives aren’t able to see their loved ones in person, it’s so essential to communicate a lot more regularly and a lot more specifically as well.”
