As part of their ongoing speaker programme The PR Office chairman, Shimon Cohen, was invited by JFS to address its Sixth Form students. The school, who has hosted a range of high profile speakers including Lord Levy, created the talks to give students regular access to business and public figures, and learn about potential career options and the business world in general.
Shimon, who was thrilled to be invited, gave an insight into the exciting life of working at a PR agency and answered questions on a number of clients and campaigns including Nelson Mandela, Prince Ali of Jordan and the Shechita food labelling campaign. Feedback from the talk was extremely positive, with several students considering a career in PR.
JFS is the largest Jewish school in Europe which occupies a state of the art, purpose built facility in Harrow. The school serves 2100 students aged 11 – 18, with some 300 in the Sixth Form.
